Butter <br />1 tsp. Vegetable oil <br />1 medium Onion, finely chopped <br />½ Capsicum, finely chopped <br />1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste <br />1 Green chilli, finely chopped <br />1 medium Tomato, deseeded, finely chopped <br />2 tsp. Pav bhaji masala <br />1 tsp. Salt <br />2 tbsp. Coriander leaves, finely chopped + more for garnish <br />1 tbsp. Lemon juice <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp butter and oil, and cook the onions until translucent. <br />2. Then add the capsicum and saute for another minute. <br />3. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Use a masher to turn the mixture into a puree. <br />4. Add the pav bhaji masala and salt and mix well. <br />5. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and lemon juice and lightly mix. Turn the heat to low and let the mixture stay warm. <br />6. In a separate pan, heat up the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and toast the pav on both sides. <br />7. Add the pav to the masala and put some inside the pav and put the rest over the top of it. <br />8.
